Same exact product as Office Max, for less than half the cost. Maybe (like me) you don’t know what a “lip” on a mat is- I’m guessing it is the shape (more like a T- not square or rectangular). I didn’t really want that shape but it works fine with plenty of space to roll my computer chair around on while protecting my wood floors.

Solid, thick mat. Good size, flat for the bottom side and textured on the chair side. Does not have a lip. Arrived flat. I win this round, chair.
